Henny brings over 12 years of experience in interior design, with a background spanning commercial, hospitality, and high-end residential projects. She thrives on organization and efficiency, streamlining processes and building a strong procurement foundation for Northworks.
A Chicago native, Henny studied Interior Design at Harrington College of Design and Hospitality Management at Kendall College. Before joining Northworks, she founded and led the procurement department at her previous firm for nearly a decade, growing the team and refining operations along the way.
Passionate about collaboration, she creates seamless workflow for the interiors team, ensuring that every detail is thoughtfully managed. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and exploring Chicago’s restaurant scene with her family. She is fluent in Spanish and always eager for a new challenge.
