Philadelphia Studio Open House

Northworks is committed to honoring the history of Chestnut Hill.  Investing in our 8020 Germantown Avenue studio, a 100+ year old building with unique character and challenges alike, we uncovered a structure in need of significant repairs due to age and prior neglect. Upon discovery, we enlisted a team of experts to assess the situation and stabilize the structure to ensure the safety of neighbors, and community. Our team mobilized to address structural and material decay issues at the facade and created a design to reconstruct the frontage with current materials while paying homage to the history of our building and block of Germantown.  We celebrated the much anticipated re-opening of the Studio with our team, project collaborators and clients on January 25, 2024.
