Concept Design
We invite our clients to embrace their creativity, envisioning a life well lived in a space that is tailored to their unique dreams and aspirations. In partnership, we cultivate a concept design by reviewing inspirational examples and delving into the individual needs and desires of the clients. We carefully consider building site characteristics, crafting the design to harmoniously integrate into the surrounding landscape. Our architects develop floor plans and 3D models to help clients visualize their project, offering a preview of the experience to come.
Schematic Design
Continuing our collaborative process, we work with clients to consider material options, and further refine the project layout. The schematic design phase produces a set of design drawings and rendered views to further define the project scope. These deliverables provide a fully immersive experience, from site plans to floor plans, ensuring every element is thoughtfully considered and explored.
Design Development
During the design development phase, we focus on refining the architectural vision, turning the schematic design into a more detailed and fully realized representation of the project. We work closely with the client, ensuring that every design choice aligns with their vision. Our team works with engineers, consultants, and specialists to fine-tune all aspects of the project including site plans, rendered elevations, and construction details. Our goal is to enhance the functionality, environment, and sustainability of space, while ensuring that all technical requirements are integrated seamlessly. The final output is a well-coordinated design that is ready for construction and poised to realize the art of living.
Construction Documents
Once design development has been completed and approved by the client, we coordinate final drawings and details with engineers, mechanical systems, lighting, interiors, and often the General Contractor, lending our expertise to our client’s vision.
Construction Administration
After ground has broken, we make site visits and work closely with the General Contractor, reviewing submittals and answering client questions. Our team eagerly awaits the construction and installation phase, where the concept is transformed into reality.
Interior Design
We carefully curate each room from flooring finishes and lighting selections to paint colors and furniture layouts. Our services include millwork layouts, trim details through custom art and textiles. We are excited to take the project as far as our client desires to capture their unique personalities and way of living. Whether we work together with the architecture team or separately, we are dedicated to expressing each client’s identity. We provide full-service sourcing, installation, and curation, creating spaces that feel uniquely like home.
